UV Goggles

UV hazards 

• Ultraviolet (UV) is 100–400 nm electromagnetic wave that is invisible. According to the wavelength, it can be divided into three parts:
• UVA 320–400 nm: It promotes absorption of synthetic vitamin D. However, excessive irradiation will cause photocoagulation and inhibit functions of the immune system; little irradiation or lack of irradiation will be likely to cause erythema and cataract. 
• UVB 280–320 nm: It can cause erythrosis and reduction of vitamin D within a short term. Long-term irradiation can cause skin cancer, cataract and malfunction of immune system. 
• UVC 100–280 nm: It mainly affects the synthetic action of UVA and UVB.
