Carbon Fiber Infrared

Carbon fiber heating element is a pure black material, so it is characterized by quick temperature rise, small heat hysteresis, even heating, long thermal radiation distance and fast heat exchange. During service, the luminous flux is far smaller than that of the electric heating tube of metal heating elements, and the electric thermal conversion efficiency is up to over 98%. After powering-on, the temperature can rise quickly. The machine body will be very hot within 1–2 s, and the surface temperature can be up to 300℃–700℃ within 5 s.

The service life (continuous service) of carbon fiber quartz heater is no shorter than 6,000 h. In frequent turning-on, turning-off and long-term service, oxidation or breakdown will not occur to the heating element, the heating light color is even, and both inside and outside of the tube wall are clean. 

• Different from metal heating elements, it completely avoids generation of electromagnetic fields.
• Packaging material of this product is high-purity de-hydroxylated quartz glass tube. Featuring a very small thermal expansion coefficient and very high thermal stability, it will not explode in severe temperature changes (the quartz tube will not explode by heating it to 1,500℃ and then quickly throwing it into 20℃ water). 
• Quartz glass is a good acid-proof material (excluding hydrofluoric acid). It is equal to 30 times of acid-proof ceramics and 150 times of stainless steel (nichrome). 
• This product is widely applied to warmers, fan heaters, bath heaters, drying and baking or infrared equipment, baking varnish equipment, thermal preservation and planting of vegetable greenhouses, drying in pump houses, beauty apparatuses, light wave stoves, etc.
