      Gallium iodide can introduce 403 nm and 417 nm spectral lines into the spectrum of metal halogen lamp, which is significantly applied to processing of dinitrogen compounds; iron iodide is a haloid that can provides wide-spectrum UV radiation and can enhance output of 380 nm spectrum of the lamp. Metal halogen lamps where iron iodide is added can achieve good effects in the photopolymer and sunlight photographic film exposure system. The spectrum energy of metal halogen lamp can fit the adsorption spectrum of some materials very well, and can cause hardening reaction very quickly, so it is widely applied to film, silk screen, PCB, diazo film and board exposure; in addition, metal halogen lamp also can be applied to different printing and surface coating industries.
